Sam established Samphire VA to offer flexible support across admin, project coordination, bookkeeping, and communications, recognising that not every business needs, or is ready for, a full time employee. Samphire VA provides a flexible, cost effective alternative, giving you the support you need, when you need it, without the overheads of hiring.

We understand how quickly day to day tasks can build up; emails, scheduling, invoicing, research, newsletters, and project coordination; all pulling your focus away from running and growing your business. That’s where we come in.

Pay as you go  - Ad hoc support, as and when you need it.

  • No long term commitment

  • Ideal for ad-hoc tasks or short term support when needed

  • Minimum charge £40.

Starter Retainer​ -Consistent support for small but growing workloads.

  • 10 hours per month

  • £380 per month (£38/hour)

  • Ongoing admin and operational support

  • Email support between tasks

Growth Retainer -Reliable support to keep your business running smoothly.

  • 20 hours per month

  • £720 per month (£36/hour)

  • Priority support

  • Email support between tasks

  • 30 hours per month

  • £1,020 per month (£34/hour)

  • Priority access and faster turnaround

  • Full support across admin, operations, and projects

  • Email/Telephone support 

Payment Terms

  1. All services are billed in GBP (£)

  2. Pay As You Go work is invoiced on completion, based on hours completed and payment is due immediately.

  3. Retainer packages are billed in advance at the start of each month

  4. A 50% deposit is required before the commencement of any retainer/project work, with the remaining balance due upon completion

  5. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date

  6. Payments are accepted via bank transfer
